"I have always casually raced but never rode with any goals or discipline, This year, Chris helped me prepare for the BC Bike Race - a 7-day stage mountain bike race in British Columbia. Not only did I finish but really felt steady and stronger each day of the race with no overuse problems. He also helped customize my riding around my odd work schedule and personal goals. My confidence increased and my fitness level dramatically improved. I always considered myself fit but now I feel fresh at the end of long rides that would have killed me. I also found solo rides more fun because I had specific goals in mind to challenge me. I look forward to using things I learned when racing in the future."

" Hi Chris, Wanted to let you know that I finished my first 100 mtb event yesterday!! The weather made it a challenge with the rain and thunderstorms, but the training plan paid off and worked extremely well in preparing me for the Cohutta 100!!
