" I am fairly new to mountain bike racing, having only raced for three years. I had previously trained by doing long rides with little to no structure and found myself treating a lot of overuse and nagging injuries without improving my performance. For the current race season, I wanted to do something to produce better results with no injury so I tried a 12 week stage race training plan. It worked!
Chris's training plan provided me the foundation for training for two 7-day stage races, while talking to other mountain bike racers in the community provided me motivation and support. Through local mountain bike message boards, I contacted a couple other racers who were all doing Chris's plan and we would discuss how we were doing on a weekly and daily basis. On the weekends, we would meet-up to do the same workout together. Chris made an impact on me and the community of mountain bike racers, now the only problem is that everyone is trained better and have become faster! "

"Your Transsylvania Epic specific training plan was spot-on and I was thrilled to not only finish the TSE, but finish it feeling good and still strong on day 7. I’ve never experienced “peak fitness” before, even after all these years of racing. It was an awesome feeling to be so ready for the TSE. Thank you SO much for all your help in preparing for this."

"I have always casually raced but never rode with any goals or discipline, This year, Chris helped me prepare for the BC Bike Race - a 7-day stage mountain bike race in British Columbia. Not only did I finish but really felt steady and stronger each day of the race with no overuse problems. He also helped customize my riding around my odd work schedule and personal goals. My confidence increased and my fitness level dramatically improved. I always considered myself fit but now I feel fresh at the end of long rides that would have killed me. I also found solo rides more fun because I had specific goals in mind to challenge me. I look forward to using things I learned when racing in the future."
